Neil
Pope
Neil
is a founding Director of WHO42. Neil has 20 years experience in the recruitment
industry both in Ireland and internationally. Neil previously founded and
built Merlin Associates in 1998, a highly regarded executive recruitment
firm serving clients in the emerging technologies sector and other entrepreneurially
orientated Irish businesses. Prior to that, he worked as Divisional Managing
Director of an international recruitment and human resource group. Neil
is a qualified Executive Coach and a psychology graduate from the University
of Ulster.

Dennis
O'Connor
Dennis is a founding Director of WHO42. He also built up a successful
independent management consultancy business, Dennis O'Connor & Associates.
He has held a number of senior management roles, both as a business
unit Managing Director and Divisional Head of Strategy, for Glanbia
plc as well as being a Technology Entrepreneur. He is a visiting lecturer
at University College Cork. B.Comm. M.B.S. from University College,
Cork, A.M.P (INSEAD).

Philip
Regan
Philip
Regan is an Associate of WHO42 with over 30 years of International Human
Resources and Organisational Development Experience. He has implemented
successful organisational change at several leading international organisations
and created renowned leadership programmes for the indigenous Irish software
sector. He has lived in the U.S. and Pakistan and carried out assignments
in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Philip holds a B.Social Sciences, UCD
Diploma in Psychology, UCD - MA in Organisation Behaviour, London University

Rory
Byrne
Rory is an Associate
of WHO42. Rory has worked in the international Investment Banking arena
for 25 years. While following a career in the UK, Europe, and Asia, Rory
has conducted a number of strategic management, sales, and operational roles
in blue chip banking institutions including Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Morgan
Grenfel and Rabobank. Rory has had responsibility at global managing director
level for several business development initiatives in complex cross border
environments. Rory holds a BA in Pure Economics from UCD and a Masters in
Finance from London Business School.
