Neil Pope
Neil leads Executive Recruitment for WHO42 and is one of most experienced recruiters at the senior executive level in Ireland. Neil has recruited the leaders of some of today’s fastest growing enterprises in Ireland. He has an intimate understanding of the issues involved in introducing professional managers into private companies and the challenges of developing green field enterprise. Separately, he is also active in developing the leadership capacity of Ireland’s not-for-profit sector. Before founding WHO42 in 2006, Neil was founding Managing Director of executive search practice Merlin Associates and prior to this, Director of the Commercial Division of Corporate Services Group plc (UK) and Managing Director of its subsidiary, Austin Benn Consulting Ltd (UK). Neil received his BSc in psychology from the University of Ulster.

Dennis O'Connor
Dennis is a founding Director of WHO42. He also built up a successful independent management consultancy business, Dennis O'Connor & Associates. He has held a number of senior management roles, both as a business unit Managing Director and Divisional Head of Strategy, for Glanbia plc as well as being a Technology Entrepreneur. He holds a B.Comm. M.B.S. from University College, Cork and A.M.P (INSEAD).

John Wall
John is an Associate of WHO42 with 25 years experience in entrepreneurship and business management. He founded GxP Systems, a software consulting firm that helps FDA regulated organisations with systems compliance. John ran the firm as CEO for 12 years and currently serves on the board as Chairman. For 10 years following graduation as an Engineer, John worked for Kentz in Europe & M.East in senior management roles. John holds bachelors and masters degrees in engineering from UCC and University of London. He has completed the Leadership for Growth programme of Executive Education at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Philip Regan
Philip is an Associate with WHO42. He has over 30 years of International Human Resources and Organisation Development Experience as both a Manager and as a consultant.He has worked for The World Bank, UN Development Programme, The Irish Export Board and a London based Consulting firm. He has lived in the US, and Pakistan and carried out assignments in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He is on the board of a start up Charity in the Overseas Development area and volunteers for them at home and overseas. He carries out consultancy assignments for Government, NGOs, UN, University and Private Sector clients.
